Our 4-Step Lining Process
We follow a comprehensive 4-step process to ensure your van is quieter, warmer, and professionally finished:
- Sound Deadening
We apply sound-deadening material to reduce road noise and vibrations, creating a more comfortable driving experience. - Thermo-Acoustic Insulation
Next, we install 7mm self-adhesive thermo-acoustic foam to regulate temperature and further dampen sound. - Thermal Fill
We add thermal fill insulation into cavities to trap air and enhance thermal efficiency. - Carpet Lining
Finally, we apply four-way stretch carpet for a seamless, professional finish that’s both durable and aesthetically pleasing.
